My 14 year old grandson and I learned how to make pizza and tiramisu. It was fun for both of us. Our chef, Marco, was a delight.
First of all, this is getting three stars because we made 5 star pizza, no doubt. However, I question why we would make tiramisu as a dessert and serve it luke warm if you know it is only it's best after a day. Choose another dessert. Also, we were told wine would be served. In Italy, we expect good wine, right? Guess again! Wine was never served because the server was "having a busy night." When we asked and were given a glass, it tasted like cooking wine. We were also promised recipes and pictures with a link that does not work. Disappointing...
My husband and I brought our families here for the pizza cooking class and it was SO much fun! We had a large group of 9 but it was such an intimate experience. It was the perfect Italian afternoon! I highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Rome!
Such a great experience! Made personal pizzas from scratch and amazing tiramisu. Chef Maria is so wonderful—engaging, enthusiastic and fun. Loved the entire experience. Highly recommend.
Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Eat and Walk Italy's Pizza and Tiramisù Making class in Rome! The instructor was fantastic, the hands-on experience was superb, and I left feeling inspired and satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun culinary adventure in the heart of Rome!
