Enjoy Fettuccine and Tiramisu cooking class in the heart of Rome! During this class you will learn how to make Fettuccine pasta from scratch and our famous Tiramisù from simple and fresh ingredients.
You will discover the recipes and our secrets of these popular dishes and you will have the chance to ask questions to our local chef expert in Italian cuisine.

What Can You Expect?

Learn how to prepare some of the most famous Italian dishes: Pasta and Tiramisù. Have a first hands-on experience preparing the Italian dessert par excellence, the Tiramisù, and while it rests in the fridge create Fettuccine from scratch. Finally, taste the fruits of your labor alongside a glass of wine and chat with your classmates that will feel after the cooking class almost part of your new Italian family.

Sample Menu

• Your own Fettuccine - pick your favourite sauce (Tomato and Basil, Amatriciana or Cacio e pepe)
• Homemade Tiramisù - Your own Tiramisu dessert
• Glass of wine - red/white wine or a soft drink
• Water
• Limoncello or Coffee - Conclude your meal with our famous limoncello or Italian coffee

Our cooking class was fantastic! Our chef, Mimi was the best! She was so knowledgeable and kind. We had issues getting there so we were about 30 minutes late and she just let us jump right in and continue with the class like we didn’t miss a thing! The food was fantastic and it was so much fun! They even let us keep the recipes after we were done. It was an amazing experience!

Its was really fun. We arrived a bit late but everyone was really nice and understanding. The tiramisu didn’t take to long to make but our guide (Lory) made sure to make it fun and that everybody could get a turn doing sth. The making of the pasta was extremely interesting and entertaining. Lory helped everyone and made the whole experience super cool. I felt like a top chef! 🧑‍🍳

We had a great time! Learned a lot about pasta making and also got to eat our hard work. I have much more appreciation for handmade pasta, as it’s not easy! Amazing experience getting to make pasta and tiramisu in Roma!
