What Can You Expect?

A perfect opportunity to find out all the interesting facts about Rome. Your driver will share anecdotes, fun facts and more as he'll drive you to see sites like the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia and Mussolini's Balcony, Capitoline Hill, the Palatine, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and of course, the Spanish Steps. You will pass by several other beautiful, jaw-dropping locations in Rome, as you drive by on the cobble stone streets.

Stop for lunch in one of the real quaint restaurants, only a true, passionate local expertise like your tour driver would recommend.

After you take a relaxing Roman lunch, you will drive to the Vatican City and stop at St. Peter’s Basilica, the largest church in the World. Take some time to admire Michelangelo’s “Pieta” and the beautiful Bernini Pulpit.

After this 9-hr experience, your driver will escort you to your destination. During the tour he will will not enter sites with you as he'll be by the vehicle at all times. But he will assist you in any possible way, helping you enter the locations in this tour.

Our party of 4 arrived by cruise ship at the port for Rome. I had previously arranged this trip before we left UK. We were met by our driver Livio who gave us a very friendly welcome. We then drove to Rome to see all the places of interest. These were brought to life by Livio whose knowledge of the history and love for the great city and for Italy is tremendous. Three of our party have difficulty with walking (steps and slopes etc.) but Livio overcame all this by taking us close to the places of interest. (The use of our UK Blue Badge is also a great help for parking without being moved on). He also took us to a local restaurant for lunch at far lower costs than the tourist ones. His driving was first class and we felt very safe. Nothing was too much bother for him and he looked after us all during the visits to busy places of interest. A really great Company to use and Gilberto the owner arranges everything so well. We all had an enjoyable experience in Rome and look forward to going back next year when we will again use this first class service. The vehicle like its driver was immaculate. Do try this experience and have a wonderful visit to Rome.
