Trastevere Evening Food Stroll

We did the Trastevere evening stroll with Alessia and it was our best experience in Rome! We got to eat all of the best foods in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods. There are so many perks of doing the tour- skipping the lines/tourist traps, priority seating at restaurants, plus ordering all the best dishes. The food was incredible! Every stop was better than the last. Being shown around by a local really elevated the entire experience. Alessia was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It felt more like exploring the city with a friend rather than being on a tour. I would highly recommend requesting her at booking! If I could only do 1 thing in Rome this would be it!! Thank you so much Alessia!!

We took a food tour through Rome this evening, and it was incredible. Our guide Sara was wonderful, she was very energetic and informative, and the food was amazing. We learned so much about the city and the food cultures within it. Everything was delicious and the tour in total was a 100% positive experience. Extra points for Sara who was such a considerate and knowledgeable guide. One of my family members suffers from a gluten allergy (a real struggle in Italy) and she went out of her way to find options for him that were not only easy but also delicious. She deserves a raise or some sort of promotion, truly a great guide and a fantastic person!

We very much wanted to to this tour, but we had to cancel it. We were just too exhausted to do an evening tour after touring all day. I would have very much loved it. Our loss!

This was an amazing tour!! We had a walk along the locals where we tried such delicious food and wine, and were absolutely blown away by this tour. Max was an amazing guide, I’d highly recommend this chef (he teaches cooking classes as well) as a tour guide to show you around the best of the best, and also where the locals go. You just show up, eat, and learn about Rome and he will handle the rest.

We had an amazing food walk through the Jewish ghetto and Trastevere. Sara knew absolutely everything about the city, the rich history, the myths and little facts about all the buildings. She also gave us a lot of info about all the food and the customs in Rome. She gave us a list of extra things that we can do in and around Rome as we had an extra day. I highly recommend the food walk. And suggest everybody who visits to book an evening.
