HUNDREDS OF TERRIBLE REVIEWS SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT WICH IN OUR CASE WAS NEARLY 1000 BRITISH POUNDS! ZERO DAMAGE WE TOOK VIDEOS AND PICTURES AS EVIDANCE! INSIDE AND OUT ! AT THE AIRPORT BEFORE LEAVING AND ON RETURN. NO EVIDANCE PROVIDED OF DAMAGE AT ALL!! THEY WONT SEND YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! ITS HAPPEND TO SO MANY OS US LURED BY THE CHEAP RENT. THEY ALSO TOLD US WE WHERE A DAY LATE ( WE WHERE ACTUALLY EARLIER THAN OUR SLOT AND HAVE TIME STAMPED VIDEOS OF THE CAR IN THERE SPACE IN TERMINAL ONE. THEY THEN SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TERMINAL 2 AND WE HAVE CORESPONDANCE THAT GIVES US DIRECT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS TO TERMINAL ONE. THEN SAID OH IT WAS DAMAGED. THATS AFTER US CALLING AND CALLING FOR 30 DAYS NO ANSWER THEY FINALLY ANSWERD AND JUST KEPT CHANGING THERE REASON FOR KEEPING ALL THAT MONEY. NO CORESPONDANCE WAS SENT. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HOLD A DEPOSIT THEY JUST TAKE THE AMOUNT INSTEAD. THIS IS CAUSING SO MUCH STRESS AND ANXIETY TRYING TO FIGHT THIS COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID.

This company they are thief’s end hustlers !! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ! I rent a car from them I pay olmost for 1000€ for a deposit en whe are 2 months later en I didn’t get my deposit back after a lot of calling en mails ! Now I am in a lawsuit with these hustlers end I swear I don’t gonna let it go . Never again !!!

Never ever trust these people in adding your credit card they took 1000 BGN as deposit and they never returning the amount and they saying i have smoked in the car!! And I only smoke IQOS WHICH IS CLEARLY THEY TOLD ME ITS ALLOWED!! I dont recommend this company what so ever the case as they are only scammers!!

I've rented the car with that! it's more than 60 days, they don't answer calls, they don't answer WhatsApp, they keept my deposit! FRAUD! DON'T GO THERE!

Skam system, crooks and thieves, they do not return the deposit. They use the customers as cash cow. Avoid this company. This is a truly SKAM
