The Abu Dhabi city tour started off horribly when we were picked up in a vehicle (coach) which was not Road worthy and the ac did not work properly in 40 degrees heat. We travelled in this coach for about 2hrs and it was extremely uncomfortable. Our first stop was the sheikh zayed grand mosque around 12, and we stood out in the heat and then walked over to the entrance of the mosque through the mall. When we arrived the tour guide told us the the opening slot time was 3 which indicated he had no clue what he was doing and was extremely unorganised. The second stop was outside some buildings, and then after took us to a Pakistani/Indian restaurant which was overpriced. At this point when we went back the coach had fully broken down and the ac stopped working. We all waited around in 40 degrees heat for 1hr with the other tourists who also had younger kids until transport was organised. We then had to walk to some gallery which was not on the itenary. Another issue was that it stated on the package that we will have ‘entry to the Qasr al Watan palace, garden and public spaces within the area’. I specifically called trip advisor and they stated the tickets will be provided but the tickets were not provided showing false advertisement on the website tour page. We had to pay an extra 320 aed for our family to have access to the Qasr al Watan palace which was utterly inconvenient. We then went back to the sheikh zayed grand mosque around 8 at night but wanted to go earlier and pray. I want to request for a full refund back as this was by far not the standard we were looking for and honestly a waste of a day for a holiday. Paid additional compensation for the tickets as this was not provided as advertised would want a refund back for this.

Sadly our booking with La Vacanza Travel included entry to Qasar Al Watan Palace. The booking was transferred to another tour operator, who contracted a third party to operate our Abu Dhabi City Tour. The third party had a different plan for us. They took us to the Ferrari World, which was not the tour we had booked for. We were also promised chilled water, and that wasn't offered to us. It was a great disappointment, and we had to pay for the taxi ride to the Qasar Al Watan palace from the Ferrari World and the entrance fee. We expected to be compensated for the error by La Vacanza Travel. However, the tour guide and the driver were friendly and sympathised with our plight and offered some help. It is no fault of the tour guide or the driver.

Loved the tour of Abu Dhabi City tour. Beautiful place & the Mosque visit was truly amazing. Guide was fantastic. Highly recommended

le guide ne parlait pas du tout français nous avons visité la mosquée en 45 mn au pas de course au lieu de visiter le palais et le jardin nous avons pris des photos de l’extérieur 2 mn devant et 2 mn derriere le palais puis le chauffeur nous a posé 2 heures dans un centre commercial sans rien nous dire après une réclamation a La Vacanza Travel on me dit que ce n'est pas vrai que le guide parlait parfaitement français et que la prestation est conforme
