Farook our guide was excellent and the dune bashing was exciting! It was a great experience and the organization was perfect, definetly recommended!

The experience was really nice! Abdul Rasheed, our amazing guide, picked us up from the hotel, we then went dune bashing and visited a camel farm. The dune bashing was a lot of fun, and Abdul made sure that everyone was having fun and staying safe. We then arrived at the camp site where there were a lot of activities to do (sandboarding, henna, dressing up etc.). The BBQ dinner was delicious and the performances were really entertaining. We were the only two people staying overnight so we got a lot of extra attention from Abdul, he played cards with us, took us star gazing and then brought us to our tent. We woke up in time to see the sunrise, had a great breakfast and then back to Abu Dhabi.

We had the pleasure to enjoy a wonderful afternoon in the dunes and overnight stay at the camp. Our personal guide, Abdul Rasheed, was the best! As we were the only ones for the overnight stay in the camp, we had time for stargazing together and enjoyed great conversations. Abdul Rasheed made our adventure perfect, we really enjoyed it! Thanks a lot!

Really nice experience as described. Gives a taste of "desert life", while also offering various entertainment activities. The kids especially enjoyed the sand boarding! Many thanks to Mr. Abdul Rasheed for the comfortable support.

TL;DR: NO SLEEP due to noise. Regrets. A family member and I booked this stay during a once-in-a-lifetime vacation in Abu Dhabi. Their site promised the following: "Retreat to your cozy Bedouin-style tent for a night under the stars, serenaded by the gentle sounds of the desert." The day was OK. But when we wanted to sleep... a nearby camp (~300m away) started making an insane noise around 11pm. Picture trying to sleep in a tent, dead tired, when suddenly you start hearing extremely loud Arabic/Indian music and people driving quads crazily around *our* camp until 4am+! It was the UAE version of a rave party. We tried asking some staff for help but the reply was always "we cannot do anything". Some staff seemed to sleep in better "solid" houses, so they probably were much less affected by the noise. Imagine your neighbor starting his lawn mower at midnight right below your window. Even with earplugs, it was impossible to sleep. This ruined our experience and our memories of this vacation. The next morning, when we complained, the staff's reply was "not our fault". Still, although we strongly suspect that this was not a one-off occurrence (the staff was clearly uncomfortable when we asked about it), we might have been exceptionally unlucky. So, we asked for a partial refund, which is reasonable given the circumstances. Their reply was a run-of-the-mill apology and not a single cent. They used the ol' "we transferred your refund request" with no follow-up from management. We concluded the safari with a nasty taste in our mouth. Fun fact: we booked the stay directly on their website, so Emirates Tours & Safari LLC didn't have to pay La Vacanza Travel's cut. Not giving up a commercial gesture/partial refund is just petty. To sum up: forget about it if you want a guaranteed serene night. PS: unfortunately, it is not possible to upload videos on Tripadvisor. If needed, I can provide a video proving what I am saying.
