Excellent knowledgeable guide who spoke good English. Pick up, entry and guiding was easy. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Taj Mahal was breathtaking.

Saurabh is a great tour guide! We visited the Taj Mahal and he has a great tour planned out (with plenty of time to take photos and explore for yourself), which really added to the experience. Saurabh has great knowledge of the local area, so we grabbed an impromptu lunch and then headed to Agra Fort. We rounded off the day with a marble works demonstration and then went back to the hotel. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Magnificent. It was my first time there and I was amazed by the architectural features that was derived from the Islamic beliefs related to the afterlife. Photos do not do justice to the huge monument. The carved marble panels surrounding the tombs, the inlay of semi-precious gemstones and the reliefs on the walls are wonderful and were done with extraordinary skill. The guide, Mr. Faran Tahir Jilani, was very knowledgeable and could also double as a photographer. We had a good time, and I recommend visiting Taj Mahal with Pioneer Holidays.

Our guide Ankur made this a great experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and spoke great English. Picking us up at our hotel and getting the perfect sunrise photos when we were in.

The visit to the Taj Mahal was spectacular but the instructions to go with the ticket were frustratingly confusing. My voucher said that the "redemption point" was the "Dharmapuri Forest Colony". The day before my intended trip I decided to check this out. Good job I did is all I can say. The place is some sort of army base & after explaining why I was there & showing my voucher I was firmly ordered to leave the site as I had no right to be there. After much research, I managed to email the company that agreed to come to the place I was staying in Agra. So unnecessarily confusing! Please just put clear instructions. Simplicity = success.
