We pick up from all ports, resorts, hotels, Airbnb and private addresses. As we use fully air-conditioned 13 & 24 seater busses this means fewer stops; therefore getting you to your destination faster than other services.

We operate 365 days a year meeting every arriving and departing flight at the Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine).

We provide airport shuttle services for all arriving and departing flights into Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine). Pick up times for your return Airport Transfer back to Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) are set to ensure you arrive at the airport well before check-in closes.

Each bus has a luggage trailer which means we can accommodate all types of luggage.

    We can not recommend Heart of the Reef Car Rentals highly enough. From our first phone call, until our last day, Russell went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful. This is not just a car rental company, this is a company which cares. We had organised for a substantial amount of seafood to be ready for pick up at Fishis when we arrived, as well as a pre-order at Coles of the basics. Rather than having the "Heart of the Reef Shuttle" bus take us to our resort, for us to then find a way back in to town to get the car, Russell organised for the Shuttle to meet him at the Coles Car park for us to collect the car. This made our arrival, collection at Coles of our order and our drive to our resort much easier for us. As often happens, our flight ran over an hour late, meaning we were going to miss our seafood collection at Fishis which closed at 5:00 pm. During our updates with Russell on the flight running late, he told us not to worry about the seafood, as he would go and collect it for us and then meet us in the car park at Coles with the car and seafood. Thanks to Russell of "Heart Of The Reef Car Rentals", that stress was entirely removed. We were flying out on Wed afternoon, and had agreed to meet Russell in town on Tuesday night to hand the car back, and we would catch a taxi back to the resort. Russell called us on Tuesday and said not to worry about that agreement, as he would get a lift out to our resort early Wed morning and collect the car, saving us a taxi fair and inconvenience of getting a lift back to the resort on Tuesday evening. Once again, an extra step which made our lives easier. Besides all of the above, the car was spotless, ran well and the pricing was more than reasonable compared to other quotes. In addition, as we booked the car hire and Bus shuttle through Heart of the Reef, we received a discount on both. This is not a standard Car rental company. This is a company which cares about its clients, their holiday and their experience. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The simple extra step of offering a drop off and pick up service alone, makes the experience much easier, especially when you are arriving in an area you don't know. Congratulations Russell on your business. With your attitude, you deserve to do well. Will definitely use your services again when we return to Airlie Beach.
