Overview

We provide as much as possible, door to door Airport Transfers at Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP) from/to Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, Jubilee Pocket and Shute Harbour.

We stop at all ports, resorts, hotels, airbnb's and private addresses. As we use fully air-conditioned 13 & 24 seater buses this means fewer stops; therefore getting you to your destination often faster than other services.

We operate 365 days a year meeting every arriving and departing flight at the Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine).

What Can You Expect?

When you arrive at Whitsunday Coast Airport, simply make your way to our desk in the arrival’s hall, opposite the baggage carousels. Our friendly driver’s will direct you to your bus and are happy to help with your luggage. The drive from the airport into Airlie Beach takes roughly 35 minutes, and along the way our experienced, local drivers will point out places of interest and recommend the best things to do and see in the area. As we use small vans & buses there are fewer stops getting you to your accommodation faster than coaches.

Pick up times for your return Airport Transfer back to Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) are set to ensure you arrive at the airport well before check-in closes.

    I booked and paid for the transfer to Airlie Beach 2 hours beforehand, just before my flight left Brisbane. The transfers are booked by flight number, to make the wait at the airport short. The bus was meant to leave at 2.50pm. I got to the Heart of Reef check in desk at 2.30pm and was told the 2.50pm bus had already left and that the bus driver had failed to notice that one passenger from flight Q1878 was missing. The bus had apparently only just pulled out - the person at the desk could easily have rung the driver to ask him to turn around, but did not do so. Instead I was told to wait until the next bus, which would leave whenever the next flight landed, without giving me any indication of how long that might be. This was hugely disappointing as I was in a rush to get to Airlie and could not afford this delay. They say on their website that they check booked names to make sure no one gets left behind, yet instead the bus left 20 minutes early without checking if everyone was on board.

    Got us to the airport on time and safely. Thought driver drove a bit fast likely due to the number of stops he had to make. Lots of up and down hill pickups put a lot of strain on the vehicle breaking system and transmission.

    Reliable service, good value for money. Pick up and drop off. comfortable. Punctual. Speak to real person over the phone and not a machine and leave a message.
