We have booked our transfers 18,15 booked on the phone by the receptionist, they didn't turn up we wait extra 30 minutes and then call the helpline to check where the shuttle we have been told they came at 17.00 clock but we were at the lobby waiting for shuttle. Helpline told us call for taxi they can not help us , it's a joke , they took the payment advance but no shuttle. Don't book shuttle just call taxi cheepar. UnProfessional service, disgusting helpline.

Very convenient and price is really nice. Had group transfer from Alanya hotel to Antalya airport. Not expensive so u have to expect it will take some time to pick other people from hotel but I stayed very happy. Clean small shuttle bus, nice driver, easy organized, no any bad experience at least for me.

Dårlig information ved bestilling af privat transfer fra Alanya til Antalya. Fik ikke oplyst noget afhentningstidspunkt fra hotellet - først ved tlf. opkald dagen inden. Skulle afhentes kl. 07 men chaufføren kom først kl. 7,30. Vi havde bestilt privat transfer for ikke at skulle stoppe og afhente flere passagerer, således vi kunne køre til lufthavnen i et stræk - men der blev stoppet 4 gange for at tage yderligere passagerer med op og yderligere skulle der tankes brændstof. En gennemgående ubehagelig oplevelse, som gør at vi ALDRIG vil anbefale La Vacanza Travel til andre. Vi havde netop valgt privat transfer, således at det var en direkte kørsel til lufthavnen. Vores afhentning i lufthavnen til hotel, da vi ankom, forløb uden problemer og der var ingen stop undervejs -lige som vi forventede

Super fint. Vi nåede vores fly, men vi skulle ikke have været meget forsinkede, så var det måske blevet lidt stressede.
