Perfect place to go no issues today all staff were friendly and queues were not long for ages we waited 10 minutes for one ride and we loved my trip with my school.

Beautiful park to walk around. Great rides. Staff are always cheerful and friendly. Sam T was very helpful in guest services. Beck could see I was struggling on/off Oblivion and was there without me having to ask. Very helpful and friendly. Well done guys!

Very clean park, well kept, friendly and professional ride operators and staff. The only let down to me was as a disabled person who held a R.A.P, the staff that were operating Galactica were putting all riders from the special access zone (RAP holders) on the very last row of the ride, which quite a few people commented saying it felt as if special assistance was being “put out of the way of the able riders” - I think the staff on that day need further training to not appear so ableist. The rest of the staff on all the attractions were fantastic Visit day 18th April 2024
