This is not your usual river cruise. The ship is first class. Food and service outstanding. Meal was served and wine flowed all evening. A great way to spend an evening in Amsterdam and have an outstanding dinner at the same time

Our travel agent suggested we consider this, and we went for it. The night we had booked turned out to be very rainy and I wondered how the experience would play out. It was wonderful! The staff were great, the food was excellent and surprisingly assembled into a diverse and flavorful four course meal. The wine flowed, as much as one would like. Early October, Amsterdam is dark in the evening - but the canals still presented a nice backdrop with the lighting of the bridges, tunnels, and along the way. I feel I got more than my money's worth. Well done, Stromma!
