Very clean boat with friendly staff. The night views were awesome. The process to board was very easy and each party had their own table (all are very close together). We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine. The food was very good especially since it was prepared on the boat. The staff was always available to answer questions about the city. We were able to see the Christmas light display and were given an explanation for each.
This cruise is well worth the price and experience.

Dont' forget money to tip the crew.

Not only do you get to enjoy a evening canal cruise, but you get a delicious dinner as well. Anna, our server, was very friendly and efficient, and our chef, Damian, did an outstanding job of cooking on the boat. He had a small area to cook, but he did it and he did it well....food was excellent. And Anna just get coming around pouring the wine for us. We booked this based on recommendations and they were all correct.
