Perfect introduction to the city. Good audio tour (in English, with options for other languages via your phone) plus commentary from the driver, who was friendly, making sure we didn't miss the highlights and slowing down so we could get photos. We had just arrived by train from the airport, so it was a very relaxing way to start our holiday! Nice and warm inside, comfy seats.

We got on at the Amsterdam Central which is very popular and is very long queues, the canal cruise is around a hour which allow to to explore more information about Amsterdam canal with different languages as well and free WiFi. Make sure you buy drinks and snacks before get on as you do need some drink and snack which will a extra plus to the experience.

Choose this company hoping it would pass Anne France house, it didn’t. Very limited audio, more silence than narrative. No history about the wonky buildings, opera house. Audio over loudspeaker difficult to hear as other languages are played via personal phones, noisy children. I was not impressed with this company. Expensive compared to others. Picked up a bit towards the end. Overall very disappointed.
