This course will inspire you to cook with more knowledge, experience and fun. During this course you will learn a lot of Italian recipes of the Italian regional Cucina.

What Can You Expect?

At our cook's atelier Cook your life you will dive into an Italian cooking experience. 6 Evenings or exploring recipes and products throughout Italy, starting in the North and finishing on Sicily and Sardine. You will cook in a small group of 4. IN these days you do not have to travel to Italy to get a full Italian experience!

I recently had the pleasure of taking part in a 5 day intensive course, one of the best experiences I've had! Leo created a lovely learning environment, teaching us countless dishes and cooking techniques. I left the course inspired to get creative in my own kitchen and to recreate some of the dishes he guided us through. Massive thank you to Leo, it truly was an amazing week.
