You sold me a ticket for a venue that no longer exists. I spent two hours of my valuable travel time looking for it. I was finally able to speak to the owner. He said the micro art museum has been closed since Covid. It has not reopened. He said tickets should not have been sold under any circumstances. I expect a refund and an apology. Unfortunately, I cannot get back my time.
Couldn’t find the place, internet said it was closed on Saturday at lunch time, the phone number just rang and rang, emailed to ask for my money back as I had booked for 5 people and no response. Am convinced this is a scam. Won’t book via La Vacanza Travel again.
Even my husband who usually gets bored when in a museum was fascinated... We loved the stamping cards (although not all stamping machines were working). It´s very interactive and presentations are short enough but also informative. I loved the termites nest and the kiss-o-meter :))
The creator of the exhibition is very enthusiastic and rightfully so. The (micro) art on display is amazing. Would recommend!
There really is nothing much to prepare you about this experience, breathtaking.. everything is beautiful and mesmerising. highly recommended!
