I confirmed the pickup time with an agency operator by phone two days before. They even forwarded me the time via La Vacanza Travel's "talk to the operator" function. On the day of pickup, no one came. I waited 10 minutes before the pickup time and waited 10 minutes more. Ultimately, I had to call Uber to get to the airport. I got La Vacanza Travel's operator involved, but they could not reach the agency either. Terrible and unprofessional. Do not risk taking their shuttle service to the airport. It's not worth it, especially to the Auckland airport, because customs takes at least 2 hours. If you are late, you are likely to miss the plane.

I booked the shuttle service on behalf of my mum. She was picked up on time by the friendly driver (didn't get his name unfortunately). When her flight was suddenly cancelled just as they were arriving at the airport, the driver helped her book a return trip back to my place and made sure she got on the new shuttle safely. He was super helpful and understanding, as my mum got a bit distressed and didn't know what to do. Thank you so much to this kind person!
