Overview

Riding in a "tuk-tuk" (Autorickshaw) is a fun experience in itself and very unique to Asia. You can hop on and hop off at places of interest. You will be visiting some truly local and significant "Must see" spots along with a few off the guide book spaces that range from ancient temples, gothic churches, crafts markets, artisans, and a beautiful summer palace. This tour also includes a traditional southern Indian Brunch or Lunch which you can choose as you trail along.

This is a guided experience and includes a meal.

Note: Some of the tour attractions cannot be experienced on Sundays/ Public holidays as they would be closed, that being the silk weaving and dyeing units. However, we do have an alternative option to walk about the jewellers & crafts/fabric street/market and visit a unique temple known for black magic and voodoo.

As a not well travelled American I had no idea what to expect. I am a much more well travelled American now. The sights, sounds, and even smells of Bengaluru are something I don’t think I’ll ever forget. The tour guide was excellent. She lived locally and knew all about the city. The drivers of the auto rickshaws were skilled at getting through the dense traffic. I recommend everyone coming to this city with a day to spend just being a tourist take this tour. It was an amazing time.

We were well looked after by Sandra who was very knowledgeable. We drove a bit, we walked through the markets and visited many places of interest. Highlight was visiting the markets in particular the flower market. Appreciated gifts of garlands and bangles for my wife.

Lovely tour with Pooja! She altered the program so we could bring our young kids and keep them entertained. Tuk-tuk drivers drove safely in the busy Bangaluru-traffic

Gladys was an amazing guide and took great care of us on this tour. She was very knowledgeable of each location and had images and diagrams to help illustrate the points she was talking about. We explored all sorts of places and had a delicious lunch at a hole-in-the-wall lunch counter which we never would have found without her help. Plus the Tuk Tuks are an experience that you have to try when you come to India. I cannot recommend this tour and Gladys enough! Thanks again for an amazing day!
