Absolutely amazing Thai cooking class and definitely the best food we had during our trip to Thailand! Mam picked us up from the local mall and took us to the local market where we were able to pick out ingredients for our meal. We learnt to make pad Thai, tofu red curry and mango sticky rice! We were able to make these all vegetarian as well! Mam and her husband were extremely friendly and she gave us little tips and tricks on how to make these Thai dishes. 100% would highly recommend this class to anyone who's in Bangkok!!! Thank you!
What a great experience with Mam and her husband!!! I was the only one registered that day so it ended up being a private lesson with Mam who is so nice and professional. The selection of products in a local market was really cool, Mam and I were then picked up but her husand and driven the their house... it is a treat and an honnor to be able to learn thai cooking in a private home... All in all, a perfect half day which culminated by eating the result of our efforts... Lovely!!!! I can't wait to put on the apron I bought from Mam and try to replicate what I have learned that day.
This was a delightful experience. I have never cooked Thai food before, and I didn't know anything about the ingredients, so it was fascinating to walk through the huge market and see the range of produce. My teacher was Mam, she explained everything really well and the morning was a model of efficiency. Somehow, I prepared a three course meal with no fuss, and every step was clear. And the end result was extremely tasty - my favourite was the vibrant Panang Curry .
Fantastic cooking class. Mam guides you through every step of the cooking and explains the ingredients. Walking through the market to purchase fresh ingredients beforehand is great. It’s also a really nice touch to experience a Thai home for the class. Importantly, the food was amazing!!! Best Thai I’ve had and will be trying it at home.
My daughter and I had a blast! The cooking experience was very authentic and hands on! We each handled our own dishes and Mam, our host, would help us out and give instructions along the way. We were able to see what went into our meals and Mam prepared them in a good and clean way. The food was very delicious! We are so glad we gave this a try. Mam and her husband were very kind to us, as well. Please take a stop here and enjoy a delicious meal!
