Poor logistics regarding elevators. 3 different lifts to get all the way up. The drinks poorly made. We took the most expensive buffet with outside seating 2000 Baht/p. The food totally disgusting. Service totally ignorant. Our medium-rare steak was served raw. Red wine was served to those who drank white wine. Tasteless frozen shrimp. Shark fin soup tasted like fish with water. Everything totally tasteless and unprofessional.
View of Bangkok at night from 77th & 84th floor was fantastic and unique. A lot of food to select from too, not always top quality but no one will step out hungry. Excellent service and organization.
Food was excellent as always. Glad that the 82nd floor had a greeting service(sing+cake) for those celebrating their birthday. The observatory was so scenic!

We first went to the observation deck before going to the buffet. We took stunning photos and there was various props that you could use for your photos. The buffet was amazing and well worth it. We paid 1000 baht for both observation deck and the buffet. Seafood, pizza, salmon, cakes, ice cream, fish just to name a few. It was very busy so would advise to go early
