Very friendly tour guide. Very informative and took us to interesting places we may never have found on our own.

We only had a couple of days in Bangkok and did the Essential China Town Walk. It was great we never would have navigated our way around. Guides were so friendly and kind we had a great afternoon. Highly recommend it, bring your camera. If we had more time we would have taken more tours with SiamRise Travel.

The meeting spot of a pink store belongs to a chain. Make sure you go to the store in the instructions. The guide waited for me outside. My tour turned from a group to a private because I was the only customer. This had pluses and minuses: I craved company yet you cannot beat private walk experience. Bow (my guide) and I took a local bus to Chinatown, which was an adventure in itself. Bow showed me some very local spots and introduced me to some local business owners and told local folklore. No big touristy company would give you such local flavor and take you to hidden gems and secret doors you'd otherwise pass by. Bow even sent me a picture of me in her follow up message. So sweet. I was only in Bangkok for a full day, so I told Bow that I'd rather take an Essential Bangkok tour to see how Thai people leave, but this was the only tour available during my short stay. I hope to go back one day for a longer visit of slow travel across South East Asia.

When you book a walking tour, the big bet is always related to the person who make the guy: Ms. Bow has been AMAZING! We went around Chinatown, we talked a lot, she explain us cool things and we tried some delicious drinks. (We just received the photos she made for us today) Great experience!!!
