Contacted the previous day by Mr Panu, our guide and pick up organised which went like clockwork. Long drive to Bangkok which we already knew about. Mr Panu was very informative and showed us round all the historic quarter of temples and the grand palace which were magnificent. Everywhere was all very busy with people and traffic but we were well looked after by our guide. We had an outstanding thai lunch. Despite the crowds would well recommend this tour as a must do for anybody interested in the country's historic past and present. It was a long day but well worth it.

We had an amazing day with our tour guide Bob. We learned a lot about the history of Bangkok and the different temples. Bob took so many great photos for us and we had time for souvenir shopping and ice cream breaks as it was very hot and humid. We had chosen to also do a night river cruise instead of going back to the port and Bob ensured we got to the river terminal and checked in. We were so well looked after, would 100% recommend amazing value for money.

TERRIBLE!! It all started with a small sedan coming to pick up a family of four. (Two adults, 2 kids). We were all squashed in the back seat for the entire day (driver and guide were in the front). Kids had to travel without seatbelts which was dangerous and illegal. We were told that their instructions were only to pick up two passengers. I paid for four!!! Then we did not get the canal barge ride promised in the description. Again this should have been part of the promised service. Guide tried to contact head office but they did nothing about the car nor offered the canal ride by private boat even when I showed them the description on their own booking site which indicated the canal boat trip. I do not recommend using this company. I have requested a partial refund!

The day did not start well with the late arrival of the tour coach and guide requiring me contacting the company to ascertain why they were late. Once they arrived we quickly started the tour with the driver driving as if he was in a formula one race. The vehicle was not in the best of condition with the rear seat passengers experiencing a very uncomfortable journey. The guide although knowledgable of the history really struggled with her English language and while she tried her best only those immediately behind the front seat could hear her commentary. The content of the tour is good .
