You can take the MRT Train all the way to the end of the line to Bayfront Station-- from there it is about a 10 minute walk up to the Cloud Forest Dome-- go down the escalator to the entrance where you will encounter one of the highest indoor waterfalls . Make sure you time your entry if you are interested to see the misting to occur at the Cloud Forest entrance-- go in about 10-15 minutes before the misting occurs on the even hour from 10a.m.-8p.m. It is worth the wait for this unique experience which you really feel that you are in a cloud forest. Take your time to walk through and observe the flowers and plants along the way- The theme during our visit was "Avatar," so the displays had props from the movie. There was also a virtual interactive Banshee ride and after the ride you may download the app to receive your picture on the Banshee. Unfortunately, the long was quite long but it does move along as there are 3 of them working simultaneously. Be quick as you download the QR code for the app as it disappears as soon as it appears. Luckily I took a picture of it on my camera. After finishing the 1st and 2nd floors, head up to the highest level of the Cloud Forest, you can see a close -up of the waterfall on a ledge, views of the Flower Dome and SuperTrees from the huge windows of the Cloud Forest Dome. Take your time to walk down as there is so much going on with all the small minute details along the way. No need to rush through your way here-- Allow about 2- 2 1/2 hours for an adequate visit as there are many visitors also. Well worth the combo admission ticket price!

The tour operator did not send the tickets formats and could not get the tickets once there. I called and tried to get the tickets from the application and the tour operator sent the wrong format
