Travel in comfort on an air-conditioned bus to the Colònia Güell, where you'll find the Gaudí crypt: a church where Antoni Gaudí put into practice many of the architectural solutions he later used at the Sagrada Familia. We guarantee thatyou'll have a better understanding of the world's most famous Catalan architectafter you've visited the chapel.

The next stop will be Montserrat, a rocky outcrop with extraordinary formations that will capture your attention as soon as you begin to approach. It will seem even more impressive when you ride to the top of the mountain on the rack railway, a unique means of transport. There you'll be able to visit the Benedictine monastery and kiss the Moreneta, an 11th-century wood carving of the patron saint of Catalonia, or explore the many paths inside the natural park on foot.

Enjoyable and informative tour - highly recommendable for a day's trip. Gaudi Crypt was one of the highlights . Make sure you book the day when the Montserrat Boys choir are performing

This trip starts early but is not rushed, very relaxed, allowing you to see the Gaudi Crypt at Colonia Guell before going to Montserrat. In Montserrat you get a tour of the school where the boys choir study and this allows you to access the side of the altar directly in the Basilica without waiting in a queue. You get to see the choir singing before going straight up to see the Black Madonna. An excellent trip with very informative guides both times we took it. Highly recommended.

Our guide Marc was wonderful and knowledgeable. The best part of the tour was the exclusive and private access to Colonia Güell and the Monestary music school and choir performance. We had an excellent day.

This was one of the best day trips during our 2-week trip to Spain. Laila, our tour guide, was exceptional! She explained everything very well and was very much conscientious of the needs of the people in the tour. The tour is well-organized. Everyone is given a one-way bluetooth headset so that you can hear clearly the guide speaking.

Colonia Guell was pretty interesting. The church was amazing. The church is a Gaudi masterpiece that you don't hear often but it's worth a visit.

Montserrat was wonderful! I think we were lucky because there weren't too many people. It was just unfortunate that the Montserrat boys choir was on break the week we came it was a week after Holy Week and they sang non-stop during Easter week so this was their scheduled break. We had an exclusive tour of the facilities of the boys' choir school and we didn't have to line-up to see the Black Madonna. After the tour, we literally came out just beside the huge altar and had an unobstructed view of the altar and 1PM prayer.

The Basilica, Montserrat Monastery

I was fortunate enought to celebrate Sunday mass in this basillica. It is amassing as you can see from this photo.

Montserrat - jagged mountain

The mountain peaks are jagged or serrated hence the name for this mountain. The abbey and the buildings built on this mountain are something special to behold. Beautiful views from here.
