Javier was great. Took us to some fantastic tapas bars and was able to both explain what we were eating and drinking. Also took the time to explain the differences between the different types of tapas and the sources of the different wines. If I was to give any criticism it would be the amount of walking involved, which was a bit more than we expected, but not horrendous.
