Driver was on time and courteous. Helpful with luggage and getting us to cruise port. Would recommend service.
Had trouble when we arrived so callled to confirm pick up. agreed that pick up would be 12 noon. Waited in lobby of hotel from 11;45 to 12;10 then hotel called company. They were rude, spoke to them personally, further rudeness and argued the pick up was 11 and we were not there. They putdown the phone while i was speaking. Hotel called back and similar interaction. In the end hotel called a taxi forus and we were politely taken to the cruise terminal at further persoanl expenses. You need to review your vendors in Barcelona. worst treatment ever. we have previously been most impressed by your vendors.
The driver was on time and very courteous. We're so happy we booked through La Vacanza Travel as there was a planned two hour taxi strike on the day we used him. Very pleasant and a very clean car.
Our driver arrived before our pickup time, and 2 of our friends were running late. He was extremely patient. Additionally; he was very professional and friendly. Made us feel as if we were his Regular’s, This is what CustomerService is all about.
Though transport was requested to accommodate 6 adults with luggage, the vehicle sent was not adequate. One passenger was added to another cab waiting, but the original driver continued to be very rude and arrogant. He finally relented to loading remaining luggage and passengers, but only after demanding additional payment of 50 Euros (ONLY), payable to HIM (emphasized by thumping his chest) and stating vehicle would not move until payment was made. Due to time constraints we were forced to comply with the demands. but found the situation totally unacceptable and a horrible way to start a vacation.
