I like to start any city trip with a full day private guided tour. Bothe guide and driver were friendly and fun but I must say I’ve experienced better tours before. Three to four star experience with a five star price tag. Besides from that Barcelona is a stunning city absolutely worth visiting.

Very bad experience: I was supposed to be picked up at hotel at 8 am but the tour guide never appeared. After several attempts to contact the tour operator I was told that the guy was sick. No calls, no nothing. Then another tour guide was sent at 12 noon. Liana was great!!!!!! She did the best she could to fix the situation but my day was ruined already. I can understand that anyone can get sick, but the lack of responsibility and professionalism is more difficult to understand. Specially for a private tour $$$ that was supposed to be for 8 hours. You dont play with people’s time and money. Really thankful for Liane’s effort. That’s the only good thing I can mention about this terrible experience.
