Therapist Indah was amazing. She was warm, caring and often check in to ensure I was happy with her strokes. I enjoyed the hair spa head massage very much too. Slept through half of the body and foot massage, so that's how enjoyable it was. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

When I first came 25th June 2023, the female driver Ms Yus (if I'm not wrong with the name) was already at pickup point in Batam. The complimentary pickup was for 2pax booking onwards. When we arrived at Spa Central Batam, we were greeted and ask to fill up some details and they were nice to give up a cup of cucumber drink. It's tasty! After we made the full payment at counter, we went to the designated room and we change to our outfit. My masseuse (sadly didn't get her name) SHE WAS AWESOME. Her service was good, each time she wanted to do next procedure, she update me. I love the BODY SCRUB. THE EAR CANDLE as well... I feel so energised after the massage. I am surely will return every month onwards. And that is this month! Can't wait on 29th July. Thank u Spa Central Batam.

We had a wonderful full body massage as well as a hair treatment and head massage. Very nice welcome and preparation before the massage and the lady giving the massage was wonderful.

This is our 2 nd visit to spa central batam with friends . We really enjoyed the service. I pre booked earlier through WhatsApp 2 weeks before, bcz the centre will be always fully booked on vacation period . Throughout the booking process they guided us really well . Support Team was on top level to the response’s. Our Pick up and drop off service was on time and friendly. Massage service was so good . Can blindly give 5 star to the treatment. Will definitely visit again .
