We had an amazing experience with our guide. It was just the 3 of us this time and we were able to ask all types of questions about Bath and she was more than happy and patient to answer them completely. Definitely would recommend!

To be honest, I wasn't sure I'd stick with this; I thought I might try a tour for half an hour or so and then peel off if it didn't tick my boxes. I was worried that it would be dry and a bit 'ambley' and hard to hear. It was a crowded Easter Saturday and there were LOTS of people when I arrived. But there were plenty of guides and I was lucky enough to be put in Adrian's group. He was brilliant right from the start - assured and clear and passionate about his subject - and so was the tour; my worries were very quickly dispelled and I stayed 'til the end and beyond, to ask more questions. Adrian was so knowledgeable and articulate, and he led the whole thing at a good pace with humour and enthusiasm and an obvious desire to give everyone a special experience. He was very open to questions and banter and he broke down some of the barriers which strangers in a group often feel. I would very definitely recommend the tour as a great thing to do, because it really brought the history of Bath to life for me and helped me appreciate what an amazing place this is.

Jane was so interesting to listen to - she brought the history of the city to life through the characters who made the city what it is today
