This is a fraud. We booked the experience but got no confirmation of the pickup location. They also do not send you tickets so you cannot go there by yourself. I messaged the tour operator but they replied that they have not received our booking. I contacted the organiser via “My bookings” but got no reply at all. We have been waiting at the lobby of the hotel for more than an hour but no one came. Lost money and, worst of all, our only evening in Beijing. I request led a refund but again - no reply.

They confirmed however I was never picked up at my hotel at 7:30pm I waited and waited and nothing the. Call the hotel were the opera was supposed to be and they told me they dont do that this a total scam they took my money and didnt provide any service
