We had a great tour of Sarlat with Anne. She guided us through the Saturday market, which is one of the best we have seen in Europe, and pointed out interesting historical sights along the way. We stopped at three different shops to taste foie gras, spectacular cheeses, and walnut pastries. We highly recommend this tour.

The tour was well organised and the guide was very informative. The tastings were done well with explanations about the different cheeses, then the charcuterie with their matched wines and finally a celebration of walnuts in the form of walnut cake and croquants with an espresso. We learnt about the city of Sarlat and its renovation from the 60’s. A very enjoyable and informative tour.
