Our tour/driver didn’t show up. We contacted the local office but nobody was there to answer. After two hours, we requested a cancellation throughout La Vacanza Travel. Our whole day was spoiled. Terrible experience. Very unprofessional behavior from the local company!

Seth did a great job of making this trip exactly what I wanted. He even pivoted when we had an incorrect meeting address. I have amazing memories and pictures from a foreign land and felt safe doing it with an experienced local.

Had a fantastic experience contracting City Unscripted for my day trip to Potsdam. Seth was superb. Good communication prior to the date. Flexible with the itinerary to ensure we see and do the things that I am interested in. Totally went with my pace, maintained great conversations with just the right blend of history culture and fun. Found us a killer lunch spot and gave some additional suggestions for things to do based on my personal likes. Couldn’t imagine a better way to spend a day. Wish I had a friend like Seth in every city that I travel to. Cheers!

Our guide never showed up. We were at the agreed pick up point 10 min early and waited 30 minutes. I sent the guide 2 texts and never heard a word. This tour cost $435.25 and I expect to get a refund. So far I’m not getting any help. I tried to contact La Vacanza Travel at the time and City Scape but couldn’t reach anyone. Extremely angry!!! I want my money back. The guide didn’t show or contact me!!!!!

Walid was an excellent tour guide for our one day trip to Potsdam, we learned about the castles and history of Fredrick Wilhem I-IV. We were able to see the small towns from Berlin to Potsdam while on the train and also took the subway in Berlin. A great day trip with a lot of history and a cute town with beautiful castles to enjoy.
