    Friendly driver. Audio was perfect. On off worked perfect for timing. One improvement better explain on venues / sites requiring tickets.

    In theory this is a great idea and a good way of getting your bearings in a new place. In practice - expensive (for what you get or rather don’t get), buses not as frequent as advertised, over crowded (meaning you are stood up with no earplug to listen to the ‘tour’), buses finish (apparently) at 5.30pm ( they don’t push this point). We had a last bus at 4.45pm and had to get off after 10 mins as it ended the route! TBF the lady driver dropped us by a public transport bus ( we had to pay extra for) We were “sold” - you can get on ANY red bus…. Not true at all. After waiting 30 minutes in freezing cold wind we were refused entry to the first tourist bus (a red bus) as it wasn’t the right red bus!! Overall a waste of €34 for 48 hrs for a couple of bus trips ( got fed up of waiting for a bus!). I’ll just get the trams next time..

    A great way to see the highlights of a new city and get one’s bearings. The afternoon tour was great but we decided to take the final tour of the day also - we got on at stop one and checked with the guide. Nobody told us that the tour would come to an abrupt halt midway through. Suddenly all passengers were told that the tour had ended with no information about how to get to our destinations! The bus driver was in a real hurry so for this lack of information and service, I have given a lower score

    I ordered tickets for my family and the confirmation email gave me 4 location options to pick up our tickets. I chose one and when the employee there scanned my email code, she said "no- you must go to alexanderplatz. " we went across town and then the next girl says no - you must go to park inn. Why can't you just give me the address for Park inn to begin with. Wasted a morning chasing this.

    perhaps i missed a key information page, but i found this to be quite confusing, so i would like to give you some tips on how this works. first off, you can use the big bus berlin ones with your ticket, but the app won't sync with your ticket. you can however use the app to track bus locations on the route! also, when you go to one of the check-in location, you can approach someone with a big bus flag strapped to their back, and they very nicely will help you and get you ready to go. that tidbit about who to approach is important; i spent about an hour at alexanderplatz asking bodega employees and waiting for a green bus to appear, and all the while there was a friendly big bus employee who could have helped me hop on a bus. once you know that you can use the big bus lines, everything is much less confusing. and the tours are well done! id suggest doing both (the two hour route and the 40 min route), and that way youll see the majority of downtown berlin.
