It was definitely smaller than expected. Paid £60 for anytime entry at an off-peak time for my partner and I to take our 8 month old. Not worth it. Otters were not present. It wasn’t what I expected. Ocean tunnel soooo disappointing.

After a dodgy staff by two quite unfriendly girls welcoming people inspecting tickets and giving the third degree about why you have a specific type of ticket and whether or not you should have that at all and just exactly what proof you have on you and wanting to examine personal information and couldn't understand why you happened to find it all massively over the top and very passive aggressive -- and just wait there while we consult management and just before you walk out they come back and say it's ok ----- apart from all that the visit was nice. The building is obviously tired after so long, We did enjoy the feeding demonstration of archer fish. We did see an otter come out to play. An hour going round is about right then a coffee at costa nearby afterwards. Thanks

Please was great. Took my 7 month daughter and she absolutely loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Animals looked healthy and well taken care of. Bathrooms were clean. No breastfeeding facilities that I saw so for me that was a bit of a hassle.

I enjoyed my visit to The Sealife Centre. My last visit was in 2020 when the Covid restrictions had decreased. This time the venue was busy for a Friday afternoon. Lots of families with young children. I did the visit in 40 minutes and the venue was pretty much the same as in 2020. I do think its a shame the 3D cinema isnt included anymore and you have to pay extra for the virual experience. I enjoyed seeing the Turtles, Piranah's , Penguins and Shark's. I think the otters were hiding lol. An enjoyable visit and hopefully i wont let another 4 years pass for a re-visit

There was a large school trip who kept getting in the way, no matter how many times we tried to avoid them. They were not being ushered around by Sealife staff to ensure the general public experience was not being ruined. Children and teachers alike were oblivious when crowding around us and we had to leave areas due to my child being visibly overwhelmed. Overheard staff complaining about the school trip not keeping to certain times. Was disappointing considering the cost!
