Trip, was for 7 days with all meals and afternoon tea, arranged by Newmarket Holidays and we felt it was quite reasonable. We were disappointed to find a downgrade from our original boat,to Blue Rota, without our knowledge & our transfer bus was a muddle over who went where. Blue Rota was definitely due a refit. Toilet seat needed repair, 2 beds were over 30 inches high, an effort with joint issues. Crew did not have uniform and were not full of smiles and welcome. However that may be cultural. The first night was at Bodrum, really noisy with music to 4.00am We were so lucky that the group on our charter were absolutely lovely and great fun. We all enjoyed the food, which was an excellent selection of Mediterranean dishes with salads etc and as a result I will be buying a Mediterranean cookbook! The deck had plenty of sun beds some of which were in the shade. We travelled along the coast and visited several sites, with plenty of swimming opportunities. The sea was warm and turquoise, in the end you realize that although the accommodation needed upgrading the company and food were the most important. The crew did improve and we got more smiles as the week went on and they always responded to any requests immediately. A Rep appeared on 2 occasions and who was a waste of time and had very poor English, but when we actually got the Newmarket Rep, everything went to plan. Would I recommend it, no, but we were very fortunate with our shipmates and had a good time and a good laugh.

Almost nothing they told us was true. We were told there would be no kids under 12, there were two. The air conditioning ran only for 8 hours per day, it was impossible to sleep due to heat and no movement of air at all. The sail is fake... I will not recommend it to any one.

Lach. Nehmt kleineres Gepäck mit. Kann unter dem Bett verstaut werden. Kein W-lan, also 1 Woche im off.
