The carpets are entirely made by the women of the village making this a special experience. If you want, you can also try the carpet weaving experience with their traditional methods.

We've greatly enjoyed Etrim cooking class! The village is about half an hour drive from Bodrum city center, but it's worth every penny. The hostess, Belgie, was extremely friendly and hospitable. She taught us how to cook an authentic Turkish meal the way it was done 100 years ago, which we've enjoyed right after the class. The hand-made rug collection was amazing and should you wish to buy one, they'd help you find what fits your style and budget. I highly recommend the whole trip as a great and immersive way to spend the morning or afternoon
