Overview

Enjoy a 2-hour surf lesson at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. Choose one of Australia's favorite surf schools who has been teaching people to surf since 1987. You'll be provided with a long sleeve rash shirt in summer and wet suits in winter with a soft beginner surfboard and 2-hours of instruction and fun.

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

Go Ride a Wave offers 2hour surf lessons every day at Broadbeach at 10am and 2pm. Most of all, we provide a safe, fun, exciting experience that everyone can enjoy. The lessons include the use of a long sleeve rash shirt or wetsuit, a soft beginner surf board and 2 hours of instruction and fun. We meet at our van in the car park beside the Kurrawa Surf Saving Club. There are toilets and also showers nearby so you can wash off the salt and sand after the surf lesson. We can also arrange photos to prove that you were able to stand up, if you would like us to.

I booked 3 surf lessons for my son Noah at Broadbeach. He had the best time all thanks to coach Kal and Damien. They both made it great fun and the 2hours flew by! A massive thank you to Kal and Damien. Noah will be back for more lessons next time we are visiting the grandparents on the Gold Coast!

Highly recommend! Took me and my 3 teenage daughters done a 2hr learn to surf lesson with Damien. Was only 4 of us in the lesson, had no experience and we all managed to stand up on the surf board by the end of the lesson.

I had a lot of fun during your two-hour beginner surf lesson! Damian's engaging and knowledgeable approach, along with the exceptional guidance from both coaches despite the larger group, made it an enjoyable and informative session for everyone. I felt safe at all times and was able to pop up a couple of times. Overall, it was a great learning and fun-filled experience.

My mom and I had two hours experience with instructor Maui. Maui was knowledgeable and encouraging person, he continually helped me with my skills and kept my mom safe in the water. This was my first surfing lesson, and I was able to stand up on the board at the end. Best experience in Gold Coast! Highly recommended 100%!
