My husband and I did the full day boat tour and had fun. You board the boat, sail for a bit, anchor for a swim stop, pick up the afternoon folks, sail and anchor again, and then head back to the port. The lunch served was very good. The alcohol was reasonably priced. The overall vibe of the boat was very relaxed. Try to get on the boat first in the morning to get the best seats at the front!
The swim times and paddle boards and also the food was pretty good too. It was also not very full of people which was great.

The boat was nice and it was a fun trip but disappointed that it was advertised as snorkeling and there was no snorkeling- it was offered but we were too deep to see anything. Also they ran out of fruit and and dessert and offered a downgrade chocolate swirl slice of something that was not good to eat. It also advertised that you get one glass of wine included and that was not the case. This is basically a catamaran boat that takes you along the coast and drops anchor to let you swim.
It was a very fun trip! The boat is very clean and was not crowded at all. There are lots of nice places to sit and stretch out in the sun or in the shade. There was time touring, swimming, eating, and just relaxing as the boat was stationary. We used the stand up paddle boards. Everyone took turns using the equipment and getting time on it was not a problem. The crew was very nice and helpful in getting in and out of the boat (I get a bit nervous in the deep water even though I can swim well.). My daughter enjoyed jumping from the side of the boat into the water, some ten feet below. Lunch was very good and plentiful- much better and much more than expected. I highly recommend getting the optional lunch. We did the half day which was very fun and seemed like a good amount of time, but it was so nice and relaxing that the full day would be great too. If you’re considering the trip, I would definitely do it! We loved it.
