Avril picked us up from the airport, brought us back to the airport at the end of our trip, and was our guide on other excursions (reviewed separately). For our airport pickup, we had to also get our daughter who was already in Cape Town, pick up her luggage, and then go to our hotel. Avril was so accommodating with our changing needs and making sure we got where we needed to go!

Our driver was very friendly and helpful. He loaded our luggage and made sure we were in the van as it was raining. The vehicle was perfect for us as we had three large suitcases. Great experience!

Our flight was delayed and I was only able to contact the company via Whatsapp to alert them. They responded in a very timely manner and assured us that they would wait. I wasn't even able to notify them what time we'd be arriving but they monitored the flight. The driver was waiting for us when we touched down with a nice sign. There were 8 of us with lots of luggage. He loaded all the luggage into the van alone. Though it was late, he took the long route to the hotel just so we could see a bit of the city. He gave us a history lesson and recommendations. He did an amazing job. I thought the price was reasonable as well for not having to worry about catching ubers for 8 women in a foreign country in the middle of the night. Great service!
