Tenian que recogernos a las 9h, se presentaron a las 11h. Tenia que ser en español, nos lo habian confirmado y fue en ingles, que pràcticamente no nos enteramos de nada. El guia lo habian repescado urgente y no sabia ni donde tenia que ir. VAMOS A PONER UNA DENUNCIA, perque esto no vale lo que pagamos.
