It’s a scam. For all American visitors, this is NOT a tour. It’s a taxi ride round trip for $50/person. If I had known, wouldn’t have booked, as we had our own rental car. The guide drops you off at the Outreach and waits in the car. You pay for not only entrance, but also for the cheetah encounter yourself. Which is quite deceiving from the way it’s advertised. We got picked up at 10am and returned to the hotel at 12:30. The drive is about 20min one way. There’s not much to see at the Outreach, and it doesn’t cover much land. There was no beach stop. Tried to get a partial refund from the booking site. The guide’s vehicle is also smelly and needs cleaning/vacuuming. Very disappointing.

Our guide Elifas was lovely - very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great cheetah encounter with the gorgeous Romeo - a real experience. Visited the beautiful beaches at Strand and Gordon's Bay - even had a paddle in the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.
