Stop At: Chapman's Peak Drive, Hout Bay Road Between Noordhoek and Hout Bay, 7872 South Africa

Take a drive along one of the most scenic routes in the world known as Chapman's Peak Drive - fondly referred to by locals as "Chappies". (This route will be used depending on whether it is operational. Sometimes it is not operational due to rock falls, but this is very seldom.) We will stop at the view point where you will have a photo opportunity of the spectacular Atlantic Seaboard coastline, stretching between Hout Bay and Noordhoek. Chapman's Peak is the gateway between Cape Town city and Cape Point and boasts 114 curves.

Entering into the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, we will explore this historical area which will lead us to Cape Point. We will have a photo opportunity at the Cape of Good Hope name board, which is one of the major highlights of this tour. Visitors often opt for a short hike up to Cape Point, while others prefer to take the Flying Dutchman Funicular. The Cape Point is often referred to as the meeting point of the Two Oceans, this is in fact the meeting point of the Two Ocean currents and not the two oceans. The Two Ocean currents being the warm-water Agulhas current and the cold-water Benguela current. We recommend lunch at either the Two Oceans Restaurant sit-down or at the informal eatery, both situated at Cape Point.

Gavin was a wonderful guide and driver. The sights were spectacular and well worth this day long trip. Lunch was at a beautiful spot overlooking the water. Go for it!

Incredible trip. My tour guide Jean was very friendly and made the whole day a truly enjoyable experience. Cape Town is absolutely beautiful and having a guide takes the stress out of self driving. There are so many places to see, you'd be taking photos instead of driving anyway.

As a first time visitor to Cape Town we could not have been happier with our choice of tour company. Paul picked us up at the appointed time and location in a beautiful comfortable Mercedes and showed us the best of Cape Town. We, with the help of Paul tailored our own itinerary and loved every minute of seeing the beaches and the seals as well as other wildlife and had a lovely lunch at The Cape of Good Hope. Paul was a delight and very knowledgeable about the various places he showed us. The fact the temperature was pleasant and the sky a deep blue helped in making a good day even better and hugely memorable. One day unfortunately was not enough to fully appreciate what Cape Town has to offer and we would love to return one day. We highly recommend this tour company and more specifically Paul as your guide.

We have to say this tour was better than the best because we were delayed coming in to Cape Town so we had to put 2 days into one basically. Our tour guide was marvelous. He told us ahead of time how much time we had at each point of the tour. In the end I can say we only missed Putin the Botanical Gardens. A pity when one had to squeeze in a day and a half tour into a day.

Our guide/driver was excellent and all 4 of us had a great day. We had a nice & fun time. Our driver’s name was John Bosco, very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He certainly made our visit worthwhile. We would highly recommend him to be your guide in order to have a fun time in Cape Town.
