• Transport offered if within 5km radius of City (R50pp).

• bring with you Water, Sunblock & comfortable/ appropriate Clothing
• Snacks - Bring small snacks to refuel at the top

• Not wheelchair accessible
• Near public transportation
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Unfortunately it is a physically demanding and sometimes dangerous activity so able bodied people preferred
