The entire experience was amazing! They picked us up at the rendez-vous point in Barcelona on time and the driver was very friendly. The pilot of the hot air balloon was very welcoming and a good guide, and we had the opportunity to see breath-taking views of the Monsterrat region. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional and accommodating. They even provide a chair for my friend with mobility issues to sit on during the ride, ensuring she had an enjoyable experience and was able to cross something off her bucket list.

Incredible trip. We paid for the collection service too. All staff were friendly and very informative. The flight was amazing and definitely something you would never forget. We flew for around 1 hour. Amazing views and so surprisingly smooth and silent. We landed and toasted the safe flight with a glass of Cava.

I took this tour with my 22 yr old niece and both of us found it quite fabulous! We took the shuttle van to/from Barcelona and it was perfect. Nice, new shuttle van and the driver was punctual despite a number of accidents. The balloon ride was a really cool experience. I’ve flown planes, skydived, and a done few other “extreme” things and this was one of my top 3. I never felt unsafe and our pilot Mike, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The ride was over the beautiful countryside near Monterssat and we had the perfectly clear day to see for miles My only critique, and that is on me not the tour, is that the basket was hard to get into. I have a bad knee and climbing in/out of the basket was a little challenging. They were kind and got me a step stool, so there are ways about MINOR physical limitation. This is not the tour to take if you can’t stand for a few hours. All-in-all it was a wonderful experience and a great way to check off another bucket list item while I’m Spain!

Absolutely incredible experience. We booked through GetYourGuide.com for an hour balloon ride with Kontiki and then montserrat monastery tour. A fabulous day. Kontiki were great, pick up at city centre location, Monser was lovely and friendly driving us to the balloon. Miguel our pilot was chatty and friendly, showing us the sights, taking pictures for us and kept us safe throughout. There was the added bonus of when we landed we were given drinks and cookies and celebrated with a glass of cava. A real special touch. Thank you for an incredible experience Kontiki ❤️
