Today was amazing. Our driver Faayiz picked us up at the hotel. He was very polite and well spoken. During the drive to the camp he gave us information about the area. At the camp we got a warm welcome from the rest of the crew. After some refreshments we had our first camel ride, which was very exciting. The camel guide was also polite and took our pictures. The camels are well trained and we didn’t feel unsafe at any moment. After some paperwork the buggy ride began. The buggy worked perfectly and looked great. Our guide Fred was very nice and polite. He was vigilant and did a good job watching after us in the desert. For us this first part of the day was already worth the money. The last stop was close to Dubai at a place called Caravanserai. Here we had a nice buffet and a great show. After that we were brought back to our hotel by Faayiz. In conclusion, we’ve had a great day. The guys at Explorer tours did a fantastic job. If you’re looking for a nice trip, don’t hesitate about booking here it’s worth the money.
It was amazing! Especially our driver Manzoor. Everything was clean, and the people were very friendly. The show and food at the camp are also recommended!
What an excellent experience, the driver Faayiz was an excellent host by being on time and ensuring we were comfortable during the whole ride. The trip to the dune buggy drive was good, once we arrived the staff was very professional and gave us the briefing. Once we got into the buggies the experience was even better, by driving behind the instructor he gauged our capabilities for a few minutes, ensured we were comfortable and then the fun started. By racing behind the instructor following his route we knew we were safe and had tons of fun with the vehicles. The vehicles are great quality and cannot be faulted in any way. After a quick break our guide gave us a tour of the fossilized rock and from there we proceeded to a bit of sandboarding. He gave us more than enough time to try sandboarding and even suggested different techniques to help us make it to the bottom standing. Our trip back to camp was very awesome as he took us on a nice route with allot of hills where we could experience the fun of the buggy’s in the sand. Once we stopped after the buggy ride we were given a trip on the camels. This was awesome as the guides were all very friendly and assisted in awesome pictures and videos. Once the camel ride concluded Faayiz drove us to the camp experience, we arrived a bit early before the camp opened but the staff at the camp were very accommodating. They showed us around and took us on a camel walk again during sunset. The guide took breath-taking pictures of us during sunset. The experience at the camp was epic with very good shows, excellent food of high quality and taste. Our only bad experience at camp was a separate vendor at the camp which over billed us (which we only saw later after returning to the hotel) for a custom bracelet after the agreed price but this had nothing to do with Explorer tours and was an arrangement between our self and the independent vendor. Our complimentary Sisha was very good and the taste was wonderful, top quality products and service made it awesome. After the camp experience finished Faayiz drove us to our hotel. He ensured we were comfortable the whole route and drove very well. He even assisted with charging our phone during the trips. The experience was so great our phones battery could not keep up with all the photos and videos. Thank you, Explorer Tours, for an amazing event, will definitely recommend you to anyone who wants to do this event. The experience cannot be faulted and was excellent.
We had such a fun time. It was definitely a great experience. Loved everything about this tour, from to the buggy ride to the camp and the food. Service was great and very attentive. Our guide Mo was very kind, and helpful he filled us with a lot of useful information. Thank you for everything ! We will definitely come back !
Amazing experience and a must do for everyone who is visiting Dubai. The whole day was filled with awesome activities, from the star of the day the dune buggy ride, to the dune bashing with the guide's car, than to the camp in the desert where it was a very chilled atmosphere with nice music, with very good food, and a lot of shows on the stage. Let's not forget the camel riding, and the falcon show, it was all a very great package and a day to remember. A big thank you goes to our guide, Hassan, who made the whole trip very fun, we had a lot of good conversations during the day and he told us a lot of insights of desert life and living in Dubai.
