Excellent tour and experience, very kind & caring staff , especially customer services advisor Asif who dealt with us all the way through till the end of our desert safari tour, he has excellent communication skills and brilliant caring ability for customers, which was so nice of him, highly recommended, my entire Family loved it, Excellent ride & dune bashing. A roller coaster in a 4x4 Land Cruiser was best description of the desert safari. The live cooking station of bbq and the rest dinner buffet at the camp was Amazing,belly dancing, and other live shows were superb. It’s was best experience ever.

Firstly, i would like to point out that the tour guide was amazing. They led us to many places with a welcoming smile. Secondly, the thing i like the most is the motorcycle ride and the camel rides too! It was our first time going on a camel. We loved the trip and hope to come back again.

My experience was very bad. No specific pick up information was shared with me just the address of my hotel and a time frame, I called customer service and they sent a driver towards my way who asked me to meet him at a different location (mind you, we were tourists and had no reliable transportation) then kept delaying the time because he was stuck in traffic. I understand traffic happens but La Vacanza Travel should’ve done a better job at getting us to the destination by sending a different driver or something. The driver said he’ll make it to us at 5:30 that’s almost sunset. All the activities are gone! Hopefully I’ll get my refund, but I’m not booking here again!

Was very interesting tour. The cars were so comfortable and the drivers were very professional and friendly. The dinner was delicious and service was exellent. The dancing and fire show were great. We reccomend surely.
