    I DIDN'T TAKE THE TOUR TO BE CLEAR! I was set to take a different tour leaving at 4am. That tour cancelled on me while I was asleep. I booked this tour and went to the pickup location in time for the 8am pickup time. At 8am I didn’t see a bus for the tour. I called the number provided multiple times but no one answered. I even texted the number via WhatsApp but still no answer. I contacted La Vacanza Travel and they asked me to wait. I stayed until 9am and then left. I was contacted around 5pm that evening by the company that told me they don’t take booking made leads than 24 hours in advance. I recommend booking at least that much in advance and don’t expect to hear from the tour company until the afternoon if you have concerns or questions. La Vacanza Travel did give me my money back.

    After our original tour was never booked with our travel agent, they offered us a private tour for a very good price! We had a wonderful time with Mohamed our driver. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for turning our almost wasted day into a great one!!!!
