Fantastic views. Staff were lively and friendly and we even got a free upgrade. I was quite nervous before going on but it was fine. The flight was smooth.

We did this excursion because my husband chose it. As someone that suffers from heights and vertigo…. I was absolutely terrified. However, It was magical! Everything happened quickly, thank god. We arrived, were checked in, weighed, made to watch a five min safety video, life jackets put on….. and in we got to the helicopter. All in about 20 mins before and 12 mins in chopper. I think if I’d have been made to wait, I might have backed out. Great experience. However….. I didn’t like that they put me and my son in the back seat with some random tourist, and my husband in the front. I understand it’s about weight distribution, but we were a family! I was scared and would have liked to be with my husband. We had booked 17mins but only 1ins could be given. We were told we would have a refund on card……. Still waiting
