Spanning 1,260 square meters, Plaza Premium Lounge Dubai is located on Level 4, Concourse A in Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

The lounge offers comfortable seating and a delectable array of Arabic, Asian and International cuisines freshly prepared in our kitchen. Brewed tea and coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages from our well-stocked Aerobar are served throughout the day.

Plaza Premium Lounge Dubai is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, dedicated Smoking Rooms, shower rooms with quality amenities and four Private Family Suites. The Family Suites (Additional Charge) come with butler service and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (adults and children inclusive) — ideal for families and business travellers who prefer their own space and privacy. We also have a specially designed Kids’ Play Area with sustainable wooden toys for our little travellers.

Bad management of airport. Just feel delayed not only 30 mins to 4 hours, it’s 1 days delayed without any compensation. Very bad airport. Belief me, the lounge also will be so bad.

I visited the Plaza Premium lounge in Dubai airport terminal 3 Concourse A in April 2024. The staff at reception were friendly. However the experience went down hill after check in. The lounge is actually very small when you get in it and it was very busy, with very few seats available. As I was not able to find anywhere in the lounge area to seat a family of four I went to the restaurant part of the lounge. This is also very small, with very limited selection of food (rice, some meat balls and other hot dishes, bread, small selection of salad, crackers and some cake), none of which looked appetising, with the hot dishes looking like they had not been refreshed for some time. I had read there was an al la carte menu and there is a QR code in the tables to scan for the menu. However this only came up with drinks, and no food. I visited the toilets before I left. Two out of three toilets were blocked and didn’t look particularly clean. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this lounge again. It’s one of the worst lounges I have visited and I am a frequent flyer so have seen many airport lounges.

I stayed in Dubai International Airport Hotel. I found out that Danna & Laraine are very helpful. I came to Dubia via terminal 1 where unfortunately missed out my cell phone there. I approached Danna & Laraine requesting their helps. Danna (Manager) aske Laraine (receptionist) to go with me back to terminal 1 by train to communicate with the security there. I was lucky that I found my cell phone and got it back because of the helps of Laraine and Danna. I really do highly appreciate their helps and recommend staying there in that hotel because of the staff members are very care of their guests.

£80 for 6 hours, good food, sadly nowhere to sleep as only 6 small booths all occupied. A glass of wine cost extra £10. Poor value. These places need to provide more dark sleeping places where you can lie down.
