Most horrible experience with La Vacanza Travel booking! We are visiting from US and booked Burj Khalifa tour with dinner on Dec 28th, 2023 evening. When I have booked more than a month ago I have received confirmation reference number and day prior on date of tour and dinner also reminded about our upcoming appointment. When we reached the Burj Khalifa and showed the reference number they said it is not valid and also they could not find our names. When I tried to contact through chat box there was a message saying no tickets available and I can cancel and get a refund. But they either did not email or message me directly about this information. Unless I tried to message them I cannot even view this message. Pathetic service and cannot reach anyone. Most horrific and disastrous experience for our family and our kids were totally disappointed. Requested for refund and I have not received refund yet. I would not recommend them to anyone!
